The ALR insert knuckle hinge

In addition to its aesthetically pleasing design, the ALR insert knuckle hinge is intended for practical handling and is easy to assemble. The knuckle hinge can be easily and straightforwardly integrated into the frame, allowing the adjusting mechanism to completely disappear in the blind frame. The adjustment options and the continuous seal on opening profile systems are particularly convenient. 
FASTENING SYSTEM

fastening technology

With direct screw connections, the fastening system for ALRPO hinges provides optimal security. Thanks to the flexible design, the FS 10 anchor can be used on one side and undetachably in different profile widths. The threaded sleeve is screwed on with the thread pin and the FS 10 anchor is then screwed into the system profile. This screwing action anchors the thread pin in the borehole of the hollow profile opposite and sinks the sleeve without protruding in the profile.

By screwing the sleeve in, the thread pin is anchored in the borehole of the hollow profile opposite.

Step 3

The threaded sleeve is screwed in the profile until the collar and provides optimal security in terms of fastening thanks to the connection to the thread pin.
